Texas transaction involves billboard company out-of-home advertising displays in East Texas
Two Texas out-of-home advertising firms have completed a transaction involving Outdoor Advertising Assets in East Texas. MediaChoice, LLC a multifaceted marketing and advertising company based in Austin, Texas announced the recent transaction of their newest acquisition- Reeves Outdoor Advertising – this past week. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
MediaChoice, LLC has proven to be continuously growing, with more than 1,500 static and digital faces across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois. In December 2021, the company also acquired Kramerica Outdoor Advertising assets in North Texas and Dallas Ft. Worth.
MediaChoice’s CFO, Katheryn Huynh, said the portfolio of assets sold by Reeves Outdoor Advertising are positioned to benefit the company and its customers.
“This new acquisition will help us to expand our market share, and better serve our customers. We hope to keep growing and continue strong as the end of this year approaches- and the beginning of 2023.” Katheryn said.
